Does the Cleancut shave as well as stated?

Even Better! The foil on the Cleancut is thin yet still strong and safe. Because of this it will provide a very close shave.

 

What package do you recommend for men?

Any package can be used by a man. The PS335 is recommended for use on testicles. This unit does a great job in all personal areas regardless of gender. When using any trimmer, regardless of brand, remember to pull skin taut to help reduce the chances of a nick.

Is there a way to clean or replace the blade or do you just have to buy a new shaver?

Yes. There is a way to clean the blade and head of the shaver. We recommend cleaning the shaver after each use with the proper brush. Each shaver comes with a cleaning brush which is used for the head and the blades. The shaver will last a very long time and most people never need new blades unless you drop your shaver. We do sell a replacement blade kit for both cleancuts which includes the blade and screen. The blades are adjustable. Our DVD explains the adjustment process.(coming soon). There are no replacement blades for the trimmers.

Will 115V work in my country?

If you are unsure what voltage your country is, please click here. A new window will pop up and display this website. This website will tell you your countries voltage needs However, it is not our website and are not responsible for its content or information accuracy. The USA and Canada are both 115V and can use the ES 1080 Cleancut. If your voltage is 220V you will have to buy a converter separately.

Cleancut Charge:

The ES1080 is rechargeable. the ES412uses a C size battery. The ES1080 Cleancut will last for many complete shaves. To recharge the battery simply plug the unit into any standard outlet and use the quick charge and be ready to shave in 1 hour.

Is there a warranty on the shaver?

Yes. The Cleancut shaver is warranted for one year from date of purchase to be free of manufacturing defects. In the case of manufacturers defect an exchange or repair will be made upon receipt and inspection of the original personal shaver. An RMA must be obtained by emailing or calling. Returns with no RMA will be refused.

What is your policy on returns?

We are a small company and customer satisfaction and service means the world to us. We warrant against any manufacturer defects up to one year from purchase date. We do not refund any charges relating to shipping. Any and all returns must contact us for an RMA for manufactures defects. We do have a 30 Day satisfaction from date of purchase on Cleancut shavers and trimmers.

Who do you use for shipping?

We use USPS and Fed Ex for shipping. Fed Ex does not ship to some destinations including PO boxes. In these cases we use USPS mail..

How much are the shipping charges?

Shipping and handling charges as for the United States are around $6.65. International shipping start at about $15.00 for USPS Global Priority shipping. This form of shipping does NOT offer tracking. Global Express Mail does track to most areas i.e. Canada, Western Europe etc.. Any taxes or fees are customers responsibility. Use Fed Ex for the most reliable tracking service and fastest delivery or you can use Global Express Mail from the USPS. Free shipping starts at orders over $90 for USA shipping addresses only..

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Since we ship USPS and Fed Ex, all orders within the USA will take up to one week to reach the West coast. We are shipping out of MI, USA. Orders going to the North East will take 2-3 days from shipping date. International orders take longer about 1 week (can take 1-8 weeks due to the traveling and customs). In certain countries, the customs offices are VERY slow due to the threat of terror. Most international orders are received within 2 weeks. We offer Fed Ex RUSH orders 2-3 business days. You can select your shipping preference during checkout and get prices.

Baby powder is needed for obtaining best results when shaving, and it is included with each purchase. Most people have baby powder at home and it is available in all drug stores and super markets.
